I've used Smart Park on more than one occasion and have had easy, reliable, and very fair service each time. For your safety and convenience, their shuttle driver follows you as you park to pick you up at your vehicle! Okay, I may have been lucky on each occasion that multiple passengers weren't trying to use the service at the same time, but this is my experience, and it is wonderful that I'm left without having to do any guess work as to the protocol for catching my shuttle. Smart Park has worked well for me several times, is far less expensive than airport parking, and is in a clean, safe neighborhood with a very direct-to-airport travel route.
Smart Park and Smarties candies go together! I have never run into a situation where this outfit did not have room for my car, though I have been placed into some tight spots where it was the other customers' care that kept my car from being damaged. I will continue to use this outfit, as I find the drivers safe and courteous, and the access to be suitable from 95.
We booked a day before online at the discount rate, printed the booking, parked, left, came back, called the shuttle, who arrived within 5 minutes, gave them the reservation we printed as we left, paid the discount rate, and we're out of there.
I have never had a poor experience using this service. I just got back from a trip where I used them for the umpteenth time and every time I do, I receive friendly, professional service from the employees and I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes for pickup. And if you’re running late, they work to make sure they get you dropped off as quickly as possible. I recommend them all the time!
Always great service from the staff and the price is always right. We have used Smart Park for several years now. Prompt pick up and drop off with polite staff who seem to enjoy their work. Last time through our driver Lee was pleasant even though traffic was horrible, call center was able to sort out my gate, and Barb at check out was nice even though the car in front of use had apparently lost their ticket.
