It's a big open lot so it's not a luxury operation but the bus was right on time my car was right where I left it the driver was courteous. Even the checkout process went smoothly. it's close enough to the airport that the timing didn't matter. I would absolutely use them again.
Horrible experience... the first bus that arrived 15 minutes after we called was full already. After calling 3 more times, another bus showed up 15 minutes later. Wait time was much too long to be standing outside with my family at 8:00 pm in Philadelphia! All other shuttle companies had their buses pass us at least 4 times while we were waiting. Definitely will not use this company again! Bus driver could care less, too. Don't be swayed by Groupon, look elsewhere.
Although most people normally look for the cheapest and safest place to park their vehicle when flying, I have discovered an overlooked but essential quality that everyone should also consider. I returned after a Thanksgiving vacation with my wife to find my battery dead. The entire staff, that includes every single shuttle driver working that night and the Asst Manager Mike, made every effort known to man to try and help us get the battery started. They even partnered with USAA road side assistance to try and make this experience as painless as possible. After realizing the battery was beyond resuscitation and the car needed to be towed, Mike suggested we go to rental car agency and get a car then return in the morning to address. He blocked off spots for the tow truck to access my vehicle, discounted my parking (which was certainly not expected) and then personally took us to the car rental agency of choice. So much more to say about the entire crew working at Park & Jet but suffice to say, I will NEVER park anywhere else. The team is courteous, thoughtful, and genuinely concerned about your safety and well-being. Where would you want to be should your vehicle every decide to suffer similar maintenance concerns? They even allowed us to sit in their lounge area while we waited for service vehicles to stay warm. Can't thank you enough Team Park & Jet.
Courteous, easy to use and door-to-door service. Driver John went above and beyond -- arriving after midnight, my car battery was dead and he kindly took the time to jump me (twice!) in the cold. Thank you so much!
Waited 30 minutes in 22 degrees for them to pick me up. When I told them I wasn’t so much mad about the wait I was more mad they couldn’t say we will be there in 30. Was told someone is on the way and be right there. No need to wait in 22 degree temp. When I said something to the driver he said we have been in business for 25 years and we know what we are doing. I said you obviously don’t as I saw parking spot drive by 10 times in the time it took for them to pick us up. After they picked me up they picked up a family of 6 and they were waiting 45 minutes. They complained to someone on the phone and they got the same answer as me as is they know what they are doing
