Had a nice experience parking with Colonial Airport parking. They have an option of booking a reservation online, in which case you can scan the bar code to get in and out. You can also take a ticket and pay for it as you leave. The prices are reasonable and the place is not too far from the airport. A shuttle service is available for drop and pickup. The drop from the Parking location to the airport is prompt. They come over to the place where you have parked to pick you up even before you get out or your car. Both Self-park and valet options are available here. When you need a pick from the airport, you need to just call them up and request for one and they will come in around 5 mins. The drivers are very friendly and courteous too. Easy convenient parking! Good job guys! The people sitting at the payment counter near the exit could smile a little more though!
There are better places that are closer and more convenient to the airport.

Staff is friendly and pick up service has been great at the airport. Used them for 4 months twice a month. Even used their car detail service. Very please. Responsible and safe.
Don't park here. And if you must, don't prepay.
Really not a good experience. Simply wanted to drop my car off for a detail while I was out of town for a few days. We were unable to make that work. Apparently, you can only get a detail if you Valet. But, you can’t figure that out until you have already self-parked and try to schedule a detail.
this was one of two bad experience I had with the same driver on my way to the airport and back, this driver claim he did no see me, after he came into the parking lot, knowing there is someone there waiting on the shuttle, so he came in and stopped, he didn't drive around so I ran to the shuttle, yelling and waving, just to see him drive off, the same thing happened on the way back to the lot, this time he never stopped and a nice couple flagged him down for me. As soon as I got in I said that is your second time doing this, he started yelling that he didn't not see me and I was suppose to wave, this time he said he did see me but I wasn't waving so he didn't stop. He was yelling like he was on something and I noticed there was not a driver's id on the bus identifying who he was or his ID to support he was employed with the company. I called to speak with John and told him what happened; he offered an apology and said the driver has been driving with Colonial Park for a few years and this was his first complaint. However, the red flag of him not having any ID fully displayed on this shuttle warrant an investigation. I did not tell him who I was or the agency I work under. He will find out soon..........
they have a stupid payment system where I paid roughly half before I parked (half prepaid) and then paid about other half once I was went to pick up my car. The thing is they charged me more than they should have for when I went to pick up and the lady was kind of rude. So I paid more than I should have and as it turns out it would have been cheaper for me not to prepay. I could call and ask for difference but given my experience with them I'm not sure if it's worth the trouble for $5-6.
